Uniform Rule 23 be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 257 "An Act                                                                        
relating to the Regulatory Commission of Alaska; relating to public                                                             
utilities; relating to electric reliability organizations; relating to the                                                      
Alaska Energy Authority; relating to the Railbelt Transmission                                                                  
Organization; and providing for an effective date" for the Labor and                                                            
Commerce Committee meeting on March 4. Without objection, it was                                                                
so ordered.
